• Your village and area details (as selected during issue submission)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Register and track your civic issue or complaint
• Assign your request to the appropriate community coordinator
• Send you status updates as your issue progresses
• Enable coordinators and administrators to manage and resolve issues
• Improve the GramSahay platform and its features

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• With assigned community coordinators and administrators — solely for the purpose of resolving your reported issue
• With service providers who assist in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements

4. WhatsApp & Meta Platform Data

5. Data Retention

We retain issue records and associated personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain audit trails, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
